It is owned and operated by Lim Wei Liang (REN 69435) ("the Operator"), a registered Real Estate Negotiator with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (1113417-U) [E (1) 1584], a licensed real estate agency and authorised marketing agency appointed for D'Evia Residences.

This is NOT the official website of the Developer, and nothing on this website is published by, or on behalf of, the Developer directly. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.
