IQI Realty Sdn Bhd is an authorised marketing agency appointed to assist with the sales and promotion of D'Evia Residences @ Kwasa Damansara, developed by EXSIM MX4 SDN BHD (1486857-W).
This website serves as an independent marketing and information portal for D'Evia Residences. It is not the official website of the developer, and it does not represent the developer directly.

- Share the official e-brochure and floor plans on request;
- Arrange sales gallery and show unit appointments;
- Assist buyers through registration, booking and the purchase process with the developer.
All bookings and final pricing are strictly subject to the developer's final confirmation. Our services to property buyers are provided at no charge — negotiator remuneration is paid by the developer under the agency appointment.
