This website is an independent property marketing and information portal for D'Evia Residences @ Kwasa Damansara. It is owned and operated by Lim Wei Liang (REN 69435), a registered Real Estate Negotiator with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (1113417-U) [E (1) 1584], a licensed real estate agency and authorised marketing agency appointed for D'Evia Residences. This website is not the official website of the developer, EXSIM MX4 SDN BHD (1486857-W).

For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"), the data user is Lim Wei Liang (REN 69435), contactable at the details in Section 9 below.

2. Personal data we collect

• Data you provide: salutation, name, phone number, email address, and your unit layout interest, submitted through the registration form or shared via WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Data collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages visited and interactions on this website, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry and provide information about D'Evia Residences, including e-brochures, floor plans, pricing and unit availability;
• To arrange showroom appointments and follow up on your registration of interest;
• To communicate with you via WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or email regarding D'Evia Residences;
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to registered real estate negotiators and licensed agencies in Malaysia;
• To measure and improve the performance of this website and our advertising (in aggregated, non-identifying form).

4. Disclosure of personal data

Your personal data may be disclosed, where necessary for the purposes above, to:

• IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, the licensed agency under which the operator is registered;
• The developer, EXSIM MX4 SDN BHD, and its appointed sales personnel, for booking, registration and sales administration purposes;
• Service providers supporting this website (e.g. hosting and analytics providers), strictly for the operation of this website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Consent and obligation to provide data

Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the required information (name and phone number), we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or process your registration of interest. By submitting the registration form and ticking the consent box, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this Notice.
